What is seen as N.W. London’s ‘development of the year’ has been officially opened by the Deputy Mayor of the London Borough of Barnet, Councillor Bridget Perry. Mill Hill Place is an exclusive residential development by Heronslea, consisting of 38 luxury two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses within eight low rise blocks in Hammers Lane, Mill Hill.

As Vice-Chair of the Borough’s Planning Committee, Cllr Perry was particularly interested in this flagship scheme which she felt admirably and sympathetically fitted into the surrounding residential landscape in the Conservation Area, very close to spoke prestigious Mill Hill Schoool. She toured the new show apartment and spoke with purchasers – 25 percent have already been sold off-plan - and prospective buyers, who were equally impressed by the quality of these stunning homes.

The majority of homes - ranging in size from 900 sq ft to 2600 sq ft - have a balcony or terrace facing east or west into the internal courtyard with its beautiful landscaped gardens and seating areas. Featuring traditional exteriors which are in keeping with the period homes of the local area, internally homes are crafted to an extremely high standard more in line with Central London properties.

Mill Hill Place is ideally located close to a range of excellent schools, shops, parks and transport links, and provides both privacy and high security with a gated entrance, under-ground parking, 24-hour concierge, video entry system, CCTV throughout and private members gym.

Jason Rishover, Joint Managing Director of Heronslea said: “Our reputation for building homes of the highest quality and finest design are Heronslea’s key signature values, which are there for all to see at Mill Hill Place. The location and setting of the development has been enhanced by the stylish balance between traditional build and contemporary design, so that each of the apartments benefits from not only exceptional attention to detail, but also the use of the latest technology to make them homes that more than keep pace with 21st century lifestyle. As with all Heronslea properties, they feel like home the minute you step inside.

“We were exceptionally pleased to welcome the Deputy Mayor to open Mill Hill Place, especially as it was her first official engagement in her new role. We are confident that Mill Hill Place will become a key development for the borough and further evidence of its desirability as a great place to live!”
